MEDITATION

Introduction

Meditation is practiced to allow the emergence of the original spirit. The highest form of exercise for preserving health is through Zizen meditation. Besides searching, preserving and exercising the spirit, Zizen meditation allows you to enhance your wisdom and release your potentiality, grasping again the supernatural powers you once possessed.

Zizen Meditation focuses on the consciousness, allowing action to take place through stillness while leading the qi along its designated path. Breathing and concentration are mutually supportive in the art of meditation, achieving the highest goal for the body and spirit.
