Introduction

Qigong is an important part in preserving health. Qi is a type of energy that protects our physical bodies and increases the ability of our immune system. Qi builds up our spirit. Therefore, it is the best preventative treatment against diseases. It also aids recovery during sicknesses.

Zizen Qigong is developed by uniting the basic theories of all the different types of qigong. Practicing is easy and very safe. Qigong mainly involves the qi in an exercise of circulation around the meridians in our inner body. If there isn’t a knowledgeable teacher, it is impossible for the student to achieve the desired result. Likewise, if the student practices recklessly or without the right information, discomfort in the body will likely be caused.

Zizen Qigong’s most important aspect is the transfer of qi in the inner body outwards to the hands and arms.

The effect of qi is powerful yet safe. The energy gained from these exercises builds a more substantial mass in the inner body. The gain in mass naturally achieves a state of good health.

Only 6 classes with Zizen will be needed to acquire the learning for a lifetime’s practice of qigong. Each class lasts for an hour and thirty minutes.
