Zizen Taichi starts from the basics and is followed by nine more actions.

When students come for class (See calendar for class times), each student will begin with an individual consultation with the Master at the beginning of each session to briefly discuss the movements to be practiced for the class.

We will allow you to learn the whole form of Taichi but you are not confined to a fixed schedule. You can begin Taichi whenever you wish and come to class during a time of convenience.
